Payment Method

Card payment via WSPay Monri.

Payment by cards is facilitated in cooperation with Monri and Hipotekarna Banka AD and is carried out in a secure and certified manner via Monri’s Payment Gateway, simply by entering card details.

Delivery Description

The service is reserved for the specified time, and the customer needs to arrive at the specified location.

Right of Contract Termination

The customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 days of tour reservation if the reservation was made 14 days or more in advance, with the option for a refund or rescheduling of the tour.

All customer data is protected according to PCI DSS standards L1. Data is transmitted using SSL encryption of 256 bits, with transmission occurring via TLS 1.2 encryption.

Conversion Statement

For international customers, all prices are displayed in euros (EUR) during the ordering, payment, and confirmation process. If your Visa or MasterCard credit card is issued outside Montenegro, your charge will be in the currency of the country where your credit card is issued. The conversion from EUR to your credit card currency will be based on the exchange rate of EUR to your credit card currency at the time of the charge, and there may be slight differences from the EUR amount displayed during the purchase process. All payments will be processed in euros (€). If payments are made using credit cards issued by foreign banks, the transaction amount will be converted to the local currency of the cardholder according to the exchange rates provided by Visa/MasterCard.

Refund Policy

In case of returning goods and refunding the customer who previously paid with a payment card, whether partially or fully, regardless of the reason for the return, D.O.O. “TOURIST PUL” – KOTOR is obligated to perform the refund exclusively to the same card used for the payment. This means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, carry out a refund to the cardholder’s account. The merchant also reserves the right to perform the refund directly.

D.O.O. TOURIST PUL KOTOR (point of sale) uses Monri WSPay for online payments.

Monri WSPay is a secure system for online payment, real-time payment, credit and debit cards, and other payment methods. Monri WSPay ensures the secure entry and transmission of entered card data for both the customer and the merchant, as confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate held by Monri WSPay. Monri WSPay uses a 256-bit encryption SSL certificate and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection for data entry and transmission.”

Security Statement

The confidentiality of your data is protected and secured by the use of SSL encryption. Internet payment pages are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data encryption process to prevent unauthorized access during data transfer.

This enables the secure transmission of information and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the user’s computer/phone and the Payment Gateway system, and vice versa.

Monri Payment is certified according to PCI DSS Level 1 security standard prescribed by Visa and MasterCard rules.
